干部醫療保健科組建于20084月,其前身為20005月設立的VIP特診室。20104月更名為干部保健管理辦公室。

一、基本概況

20005月由蔡俊蘭護士長籌建并負責VIP特診室工作。崔曉紅主任醫師自20084月兼任干部醫療保健科主任,20104月由張玉霞主任醫師擔任干部保健管理辦公室主任。

科室現有醫護人員10人,其中主醫師1人,副主醫師1人,主管護理師3人,護理師2人,護士2人,資料員1人。

二、科室特色

干部保健工作是一項政治性很強的工作,省、市各級政府、省保健局、市保健辦及院領導都十分重視。醫院專門建立了院內干部保健專家庫,成立了領導小組:由田國剛副院長任組長,醫務處處長及科室主任任副組長,具體負責干部保健工作,制定了干部保健發展規劃和年度計劃、工作流程,開展保健干部的體檢、診療、咨詢等工作。并認真組織實施,建立電子建康檔案,以及負責干部保健工作的組織、協調和重大疑難病癥的會診、轉院等工作。

健全了干部體檢工作制度,建立“一條龍”的干部體檢綠色通道,2008-2009年共對50多名省、廳級保健對象進行體檢,強調體檢質量,做到熱情細致服務;診療保健建議具體清楚、切實可行;結果反饋及時、迅速;并建立健康檔案,定期進行追蹤復檢。制定了病情報告制度,對重大疑難病癥進行組織協調、會診、轉院等工作。

病情報告落實責任到人,規范病報工作每一環節,在做好保密工作的前提下,及時將保健對象的病情按要求進行上報,保證醫療質量和信息暢通,沒有發生漏報現象。

2008年以來,以人性化服務精神為指導。從病人就診、檢查、取藥、治療、住院全過程,提供熱情、周到、方便、溫馨的人性化護理服務,2年已累計接診各級領導3200多人次。

三、管理

干部保健管理辦公室是個年輕的集體,科室具有良好的團隊精神,重視醫護人員自身素質及業務水平的培養,重視護士言行舉止和服務行為的規范,注重服務禮儀。

科室定期檢查、匯總干部保健工作信息,及時向分管院領導匯報,定期向省保健局、市醫療保健辦公室匯報工作。按時完成省保健局、市醫療保健辦公室交辦的各項保健任務。

1. T he basic introduction

The head nurse chaijunlang established and responsible for the VIP ‘s room work in May 2000 .The director doctor chuishaohong part time the director of the lead medical health care in April 2008.The director doctor zhangyuxia assume the director of the medical health care in April 2010. 

There are ten staffs in the department , one is director doctor ,three are nurse-in-charge ,two are senior nurses ,two are nurses ,one is documenter.

2. The feature of the department

The work of the lead health care is a strong politics work .The lead of the government of the province, town , the lead of the  health care office of the province ,town  and the lead of the hospital are all attach importance for this work. The hospital special set up  the  specialist team and the lead team who in charge of the lead health care .T he lead team in hospital include :the chief  of the party is tianguogan who also is our sudecanal, the suchief of the party is medical director and department director ,who particular take charge of the lead health care work. W e established the cadres of health development plans and annual plans  and the flow of the work .We conduted medial examination,

treatment,counseling,etc.We also carefully organized and implemented ,the establishment of electronic health records,as well as cades of health care for the organization, coordination and major  incurable diseases  consultation ,referral,etc.

We make the leaders’physical examination work system perfect . We build up a quick   passage for the lead physical exam .From 2008 to 2009,we do the physical examination for almost 50 leaders who came from province and office .We emphasize the quality of the physical exam, we  provide the flame and particularity service for the lead .The suggestion for  the treat and the health car is clarity and really feasible .The result feedback is in time and quickly .We build up the health record ,we regular do the physical exam for the lead and check again.

We establish the patients’ condition report system .We organized correspond , consultation and transfer the hospital work for the difficulty disease .We criterion the every tache of the disease report work. In the premise keeping the  patient secret  ,we report the patient condition to the leadship  according the requirement, we ensure the medical quality and  massage unblocked, there is no phenomena which is not report.

From 2008,we take the humanity service spirit as attitude .In the process when the patient visit doctor ,being checked ,taking the medicine ,being treated and being hospitalized, we provided the patient with flame ,thorough, convenient and humanity nursing service. We visit  different administrativel  levels leaders about 3200.

3.management

The office for charging the lead health care is a young collectivity, the department have a good team spirit. We attach importance to the staff is self stuff and operation level cultivation. We attach importance to the nurse is criterion about the service  behavior.We pay attention to the service protocol.

The department check up and collect lead health care is information regularly .We report to the lead who in charge of our department in time .We report to the health care office of the province and the   town  about our work. We   complete the every health care task which was given by the health care office of the province   and the town on  time .
